Water, fire, storm, and mold recovery across Michigan — from flooded basements to industrial large-loss projects, restored by our own crews.
This large-loss commercial fire at an industrial manufacturing and processing facility required a full-scale mobilization — crew in PPE, forklift operations, IBC tote staging, and a box trailer on-site for content pack-out. The exterior showed clear fire origin with visible char damage and multiple boarded windows. Interior work spanned across multiple zones of the active plant floor, with crews working around processing equipment, chemical storage, and industrial exhaust systems. A technically demanding job that showcased DriForce's ability to manage complex commercial losses safely and efficiently.
A significant fire at the Oakbrooke residential complex required full-scale mobilization across multiple areas of Unit 12 — living room, bedroom, and kitchen all sustained heavy fire and smoke damage requiring complete demolition before restoration could begin. Exterior debris removal was extensive. DriForce managed the full scope from emergency response through structural demo, content handling, and coordination with the rebuild team to return the unit to pre-loss condition.
A severe storm tore fascia boards free, stripped shingles from the roof deck, and left this residential garage with significant structural exposure. DriForce managed the full scope — emergency tarping, debris removal, complete re-roofing with new architectural shingles, full siding replacement, new gutters and downspouts, and a fresh concrete apron. The result: a fully rebuilt exterior that looks better than it did before the storm.
A water intrusion event at Church of the Redeemer required a sensitive, rapid response inside an active house of worship. DriForce deployed commercial dehumidifiers and air movers throughout the main lobby and corridor areas, established full containment barriers to protect unaffected spaces, and extracted standing water at the entrance — all while the facility remained operational. Carpet was preserved in place and dried in-system, avoiding costly replacement.
The damage is only half the story — the other half is what your home looks like while we fix it. Sealed containment keeps dust out of your air. Floor protection guards every surface we cross. Your belongings are covered, moved, or carefully packed out. This is what our job sites actually look like.
When restoration equipment, foot traffic, and materials move through a home, the floors are at risk. DriForce installs Ram Board and surface protection throughout all active work zones — entryways, foyers, stairwells, and corridors — secured with blue tape to prevent shifting. Every square foot of finished flooring is accounted for before work begins, and checked again when we leave.
Containment is one of the most critical steps in any restoration project — done right, it protects undamaged areas, controls air quality, and keeps drying equipment working efficiently. These photos show DriForce containment setups across two job sites: a modern commercial office building where poly barriers were erected floor-to-ceiling around an active reception desk, and a high-end residential estate where large-scale containment with drying hoses was installed throughout an ornate hallway and foyer.
